Am still waiting for two baskets but the two i received are good value for money. The perennials i ordered arrived in good condition.

Plants arrived in good shape and doing well.

Nice selection of plug plants. All very healthy looking on arrival. Not sure if I have quite managed to save them all from the 39C heat but that is no fault of you garden! Hoping they will come into their own next year.

The order was late with no communication to say it would be. When it did arrive after apparently being in transport for 4 days it was very dry and bashed.. plug plants in the little container just thrown loose in the tall box for the bigger plants. Lots of the plants were out their pots and to be honest looking not that healthy now
The acer is little more than a twig and nothing as bushy( or even the same colour) as I was expecting.

Great service

Plants arrived on time delivered by Yodel. The box was a bit crushed and had been taped up by Yodel, however on inspection the goods were not damaged. When it came to planting out, one of the plants was looking rather wilted but to be honest with the record temperatures we've had recently I'm not surprised.

Blue yellow and white hanging baskets arrived with no yellow flowers at all and the white and blue ones pretty much on their way out. The baskets look awful. Refunded half cost but I would rather have nice looking and true to description baskets.

Always very good, all items well packaged and identified.

They did not travel well half were damaged

Arrived well packaged in cardboard on time and plants were very healthy and in pots.
Tick for recyclable packaging, another for arriving on time and third for healthy plants.
Just hope my green fingers grow them on to large specimens fingers crossed.
